Why does your support portal say Account Verification Failed?
The Multi-Tech Online Support Portal says "Account Verification Failed" and "Could not verify user at this time. An error has been logged. Please try again later." when a user attempts to use the verification link more than once. The link in the verification e-mail is a one-time link. Once it is clicked, then the account is verified and activated and the link is made invalid. Clicking on that link more than one time results in the error you see. The reason it says what it says is because we don't know if someone made up the link in an attempt to "phish" for usernames or find a back-door method of logging in with someone else's account.
