Why aren't the RAS-capable devices present after adding the MTSWAN adapter?

MTSWAN ISDN ports must be added to RAS before the server is rebooted. To enable these ports, do the following:
- Go to the Network Applet/Adapters/Add/Have Disk.
- Install and configure the MTSWAN Adapter.

The install shield will indicate the adapter was installed correctly; select OK. Do NOT close the Network Applet, go to the Services tab and edit the properties of Remote Access. MTSWAN ISDN ports are now available as RAS capable devices.
Add the new devices, configure RAS appropriately and then close the Network Applet and reboot.
