When a fax comes in on the FaxFinder line 1, we get the email. If the call rolls to the other channels, we don't get any emails, even though the log shows the fax was successful.

Make sure you have an email address entered for the "POTS Line 2 , POTS Line 2 thru 4 entries or POTS Line 2 thru 8 depending on the model.
