We have an RF850 with DHCP turned on for the LAN. It works great for handing out IP addresses as well as gateway information, but does not hand out DNS information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Computers that are on the LAN cannot access outside web sites unless they enter the IP directly or set up DNS servers addresses in their own network setup.


RESPONSE:

You must disable DNS proxy in the RF850 and then all the workstations need to release and renew on DHCP.
