We have an RF660VPN installed with the anti-virus option and are having connect problems when trying to download the E-Mail. We get time-outs when connected and downloading (POP3 traffic) the E-Mail.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We have experienced these problems with firmware version 3.05. We installed firmware version 3.10 hoping that the problem may get resolved. No luck at all.


RESPONSE:

The POP3 virus scan problem is that it will stop when the email contains a single line of characters of more than a few hundred characters.

We have a POP3 proxy patch for this problem.
