We have a routefinder rf802ew installed, which keeps attempting to install 'RouteFinder Utilities'.

It appears to do this on its own, usually overnight and it is trying to locate the installation package "RouteFinder Utilities.msi" in the local settings\temp\_is53E folder.

The *.msi files are a new file format created by Microsoft. The installation may fail to deliver the first time you install. Run the installation of the software again and seek out the *.msi files in the Temp directory. If this fails to work you should consider managing the router from a client on your LAN if you have the option.
