We are having a tough time controlling SPAM. We use Exchange, but only route POP3 email through it to users inboxes. We are not hosting our own email. Will your SPAM filter on the Multitech RF850 work for this type of setup?

We offer a POP3 spam filter in the RF850. However, the SPAM email will still arrive at the mail client with a modified subject title. Each of your email clients will need to setup to filter out the spam mail with the specific subject title.

Real time blacklist will not work with POP3. It will only work when you are hosting your own mail server.
