Unable to receive packet on DOT without sending one first in Class C mode

DEVICES: MTDOT (mDot), MTDOT-EVB, MTDOT-BOX, MTXDOT (xDot)

PROBLEM: Unable to/Can't/Cannot receive packet on DOT (mDot/xDot) after Join without first sending data in Class C mode.

RESOLUTION: Send data after a Join so that you may receive packets in Class C mode. An uplink is needed for the network server to know that the device has received the Join Accept message. The first downlink after Join contains MAC commands and will need to be ACK'd with another uplink before Class C downlinks will be sent freely.
