The time is showing 1970 and is not updating.

Make sure there is a valid DNS server configured on the administration page. Also make sure UPD port 123 is open in any firewalls. If these are correct, it could be that the time server is too busy to respond when the FaxFinder tries to update the time. Clicking update under time server configuration may cause it to update, or the problem may fix itself when the current status page refreshes.
