Our VOIPs are sending logs but the dates in the logs are not correct, how can I set them?

You may use use our MutiVOIP Manager (MVM - SNMP software ) to make a change to the date / time on the VOIP. This software can be found on the CD that came with your VOIP. From the top of the MVM (tool bar), Select setup, then date / time. Put in the correct date / time and click the set button. Any new logs from this point, now should have the correct date and time. Or you may use the software GUI and command cable to set the date and time by going to the program group and click (Date and Time Setup).
