My muxes drop their connection every 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Make sure that the mux receives a firmware upgrade for this bug. Firmware version 3.12 or greater corrects this problem. After 4 hours and 15 minnutes the mux's composite link will drop the " DTR " signal causing the link device to disconnect.
