Modems may intermittently go off hook and stay that way until an ATH0 command is issued.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

When the controller reset the modems this off-hook problem would show up randomly on some circuit boards.


RESPONSE:

This was fixed in firmware vs 1.14e / 3.14e. The x.14e firmware can be downloaded from our Web site at:
