Is it possible to have a PPTP Server behind a firewall?

I.e. using "Virtual Server" to open port 1723 and Protocol number 47 to an internal IP.

Yes, just setup a virtual server and open port 1723 using port-range mapping. Make sure you are using firmware verion V4.62 or newer, this firmware is available on our web site at:
