Inbound routing some times does not work correctly. One week it will be fine and the following week it might mis-route (a few of ) the inbound faxes to a user that it should not have. We have a Shoretel phone system.
ShoreTel recently released PBX version 7.1, load 12.5.8901, which does not send DTMF consistently to our FaxFinder.Resolution: Contact ShoreTel support and request a registry key update to fix vs. 7.1, load 12.5.8901 or, upgrade vs. 7.1 to load 12.5.9303.
