In heavy fax environments the FaxFinder client may crash or close by itself

SYNOPSIS: What happens is that the temp folder holding all the print captures gets too large and causes Windows or the FaxFinder client to crash or bog down to the point of near crashing.

WORKAROUND: The solution is to clear out the %appdata%\FaxFinder Client Software\Temp\ of all .grp files and if the previously printed faxes are not needed after sending, then in the FaxFinder client open Edit->Options->Advanced and check delete print captures after sending.
