I'm trying to FTP to a Linux server over the Internet through this ProxyServer. How can I setup the ProxyServer so that I can do an FTP from it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

When I open a connection from my private network, the remote FTP server thinks my public IP is the private IP address.

You need to configure your FTP to use either active or passive mode.
