I tried to upgrade the firmware, but now I can't get past the User Name - Password prompt when attempting to open the configuration.

Make sure you don't have a password installed. If a password is installed, follow this procedure to bypass the user name - password prompt:

1. Right-click on Configuration and click properties, then add a space -p to the end of the target line.

2. Open Configuration and you will be prompted to reboot to change password. Choose OK and the Password configuration window comes up.

3. Set "default" as the User Name (actually any user name 5 characters or more should work). Leave both Password and Confirm Password blank and click OK. You will get a message saying 'User name and password has been set successfully' and the software will close.

4. Right-click Configuration a second time and remove the -p (you will be prompted to change the password every time you attempt to open Configuration if you do not remove the -p).

You should now be able get past the User Name - Password prompt when attempting to open configuration.
