I need some call reports sent to an email address, does it happen at the completion of each call? What is the format of the email message?

You can configure the MultiVOIP to email you logs after any number of completed calls or a certain number of days. SMTP setup gives you the option to send the call logs in HTML or Text format. If you choose Text format, you will receive an email that contains an attached text document containing the call log information. This text file can then be imported into third-party billing software that will allow you to import a comma delimited file.

Alternately, you can use our SNMP configuration utility, MultiVOIP Manager and configure the logs to be sent via SNMP. This creates a log file in the directory the MultiVOIP Manager software installs it to on your PC. This log file can then be imported into Microsoft Excel. The Excel file can, in turn, be imported into billing software that will allow you to import a comma delimited file.
