I need clarification about Proxy>SMTP Proxy>SPAM Filtering specification regarding upper / lower case dependancies. Which entries are case dependant and which aren't?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Authentic List: We need to allow emails from XXXX.com but some message headers have XXXX.com and some have xxxx.com. Can I enter "XXXX.com" to cover all instances or do I need to specify exact matches of the from address?

Authentic List, case is independent. "XXXX.com" will cover both lower and upper cases.
