I had one computer that we installed the client tool 1.05.08 on and it wasn’t working correctly. So I uninstalled it. I then tried to install it again and the installation locked up.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I let it run for about an hour before I rebooted the computer. After this, I could see that the client tool had been halfway installed, but would pop up with an error message when I tried to use it.
