How to set the date&time for the log file on the RASFinder:

The date and time are derived from the boot up time or an SNTP(Time) Server.

With the latest firmware, there is a telnet or local console option which will allow you to set current date and time, but the best way to set the clock is to use SNTP protocol. You will need to setup the RASFinder so it contacts an SNTP server to get the current time and date on power up.

To setup the SNTP protocol in the RASFinder:

- Run the Windows RASfinder configuration program

- Click on Others

- Click on SNTP and enter all the information

- Click on OK and OK

- Click on Download Setup
