How do I reset the VOIP password so that I can gain access to it?

If you don't have the password for the voip you will need to bypass the password (see below), when using our software (higher than version 2.01c or 2.50).
1. Right click the start button, and choose open.
2. Go into programs, then multivoip 200 v2.XX.
3. Right click on Multivoip Configuration and choose properties.
4. Click on the shortcut tab.
5. In the target field, add a -p at the end of the command line.
6. With the PC connected to the MultiVOIP via COM port, run the modified Multivoip Configuration shortcut and set the desired username and password.
7. Right click on Multivoip Configuration and choose properties, Click on the shortcut tab, and remove the -p at the end of the command line.

If you run the multivoip configuration utility via the command cable (and port), it will override the password. If this is not the issue, then record the status of the boot light (next to the power light) and the S/N of the unit and contact Tech Support.
