How can I configure the RouteFinder firewall to forward POP3 server requests to the Exchange server?


I want to allow my employees to retrieve messages from my Exchange 5.5 server (POP3 server) from home. I have a RouteFinder RF660VPN firewall installed and configured to interface with my ISP. Everything works, including my SMTP Proxy setup. Employees can connect and send e-mail via the SMTP server from home, but cannot retrieve messages.


You need to setup DNATand packet filter rules for POP3 in order for Internet access to your internal mail server using POP3.
