Fixed - A 'Windows was unable to add this modem' install error message.

When installing the 5634ZLX in Windows 95, 98 or 98se an error message would pop-up stating "Windows was unable to add this modem". Though Microsoft documentation claimed the new sections were backward compatible (supposed to be transparent to the older OS's), the [SourceDisksNames] section was causing the aformentioned error and would not finish the installation of the card, rendering it unusable. This has been commented out in version 4.12.31.01 and uploaded to the FTP site as of 12-31-01
