Does the MultiVOIP support Hook Flash 11, will put a call on hold and Hook Flash 13 will pick up a call on hold?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I have 2 MVP800s, one is setup in a remote location with FXS channels and single line telephones, the host location ports are connected to a Samsung PBX. I can call from either location and that works fine. There are some basic functions on the PBX that work on Single Line Ports, such as Hook Flash 11, will put a call on hold, Hook Flash 13 will pick up a call on hold, they all work fine in the host location, in the remote location these features do not work.

RESPONSE:

The VOIPs should pass the flash hook and the DTMF digits across the connection. There is a flash hook time value under the interface section in the configuration which may need an adjustment. You will need to consult with your PBX vendor to find out the duration of the flash hook time, which the PBX is trying to detect. After pressing the flash hook button on the remote analog phone, you would then enter the digits for the flash hook command.
