The MVP3010 can be setup to simulate clocking from an ISDN line. If your E1 card is setup to receive clocking, then the VoIP can be set for internal clocking under the E1 settings....thus the VoIP is the clocking reference. The VoIP does need to be set for internal or external clocking...it should be opposite of the connected line/card.
