Can I define remote Sentinel clients with a LAN side IP( Virtual IP settings) so that they appear to be on the local LAN, even though they are remote via VPN?

No, we do not support Virtual IP on the RF650VPN, therefore you can not use virtual IP on the Sentinel client.
