Boot up problem with G-Force video cards(lines on screen).

After installing the modem and the PC is powered up, all that is seen are vertical lines on the screen. The computer is a Micron PC Pentium 4 20 with 256k memory and a G-Force 2 MX400 video card.
If you have a rev F circuit board then send it to the factory for repair.
