&C6 command added to fix Linux Callback Security problem.&C7 command added to Reset on loss of carrier.

&C6 - A problem was noticed when the modem was trying to do Callback Security attached to a computer running Linux.  Linux would send its password before the Callback Security password. This command suppresses the "CONNECT" message until the Callback Security password has been accepted, then sends "CONNECT" which causes Linux to send its login prompt.

&C7 command added that allows a reset on loss of carrier.

Values: n = 0, 1, 6, 7
Default: 1
Description:
&C0 - Turns off reset on loss of carrier (all models).
&C1 - A second way to turn off reset on loss of carrier (all models).
&C6 - For Linux and callback security - Supresses the connect message until the callback security password has been accepted, then sends "CONNECT" which causes Linux to send its login prompt.
&C7 - Reset on loss of carrier.
