To give you peace-of-mind, we have created our Extended Warranty Service Plans. By signing up for this service we will eliminate your concerns by helping you protect your investment over the long term.

We Offer Two Types of Programs:

Extended Warranty Service* (for U.S., Canadian and International customers) 
We have developed the Extended Warranty Service plans for our customers to provide extended warranty options that will extend your standard warranty up to 5 years and includes technical support via the on-line support portal, as well as repair service.

  • Additional 1, 2 & 3 year service options, beyond the standard 2-year warranty
  • Repaired to original manufacturer quality

MultiTech's Extended Warranty Service Plan must be purchased within 60 days of the purchase of a new product.

Extended Warranty with Overnight Service* (for U.S. customers only)
For our customers in the United States, we offer the Extended Warranty Service with the option of Overnight Service. The plan consists of Extended Warranty options that will extend your standard warranty up to 5 years, as well as the added protection of Overnight Service. The Overnight Service provides you with an advance replacement in the event of equipment failure.

This service includes all benefits of the Extended Warranty Service Plan plus...

  • Advanced replacement of failed equipment
  • Includes overnight shipping charges within the U.S.A.

*Service must be purchased within 60 days of your product purchase. Refurbished and custom MultiTech products are not eligible for these services.
