This "driver", or .inf,  contains identifiers for the specific modem - MT5634IND.  You must download, decompress the archive file, and then perform the install of the new device.  NOTE:  Some of the noted operating systems may not perform the detection or PnP operation and the device will be detected AFTER the .inf has installed the required optional settings for the modem.
