It is a numeric value (no hypens, semi-colons, commas or periods) and has a
maximum length of 8 digits (no letters).
If there's a letter at the end your serial number (not all serial numbers contain
a suffix), enter that into the second box as a suffix. If it's part of your serial
number, it's a mandatory part of the registration.
