To give you peace-of-mind, we have created our Extended Warranty Service Plans. By signing up for this service we will eliminate your concerns by helping you protect your investment over the long term.

What we offer:

Multi-Tech has developed the Extended Warranty Service Plans for our U.S. customers to provide Extended Warranty with the option of overnight replacement service. The plans consist of Extended Warranty options that will extend your standard warranty up to 5 years and include the preferred service of free technical support and repairs. For added protection, our Extended Warranty with Overnight Service will provide you with an advance replacement in the event of equipment failure.

• Includes overnight shipping charges within the U.S.A.
• Advance replacement of failed equipment

* Service must be purchased within 60 days of your product purchase.
    Refurbished and custom Multi-Tech products are not eligible for these services.

These new plans are also available for products purchased after January 1, 2009 and before June 1, 2009 — provided the Extended Warranty Service Plan is purchased prior to July 31, 2009.

How to sign up:

Simply download the editable PDF and complete the Extended Warranty Service agreement.

Then, e-mail the completed agreement to Multi-Tech sales or fax it to 763-785-9874.
