1) bring up the browser
2) enter the IP address of the RF550VPN
3) login when prompt
4) at the top, click on Device Information

- Here are the steps for upgrading firmware:
1) download the firmware file and store it on your local drive
2) bring up the browser and enter the IP address of the RF550VPN (default is http://192.168.2.1)
3) login when prompt
4) at the top, click on System Tools
5) at the left, click on Upgrade Firmware
6) click browser to locate the firmware file on your local hard drive
7) click start
8) after upgrade is complete, click on Device Information and make sure it shows the correct firmware version number.
