Multi-Tech CDMA Wireless Modems Approved for Alltel Wireless Network

The Multi-Tech CDMA wireless modem line has been approved for use over the Alltel wireless network. Alltel has more than 10.5 million wireless customers and 3 million local telephone customers, covering about 25 percent of the U.S. population. The MultiModem CDMA RS-232, USB and Ethernet models, along with the SocketModem CDMA and ModemModule CDMA all have been approved for use over the network. Alltel is a customer-focused communications company with more than 15 million customers in 36 states and nearly $10 billion in annual revenues.
