The CallFinder® DID adapter allows a non-DID enabled PBX or key telephone system to support analog DID services through standard analog station or CO port connections.

The CallFinder DID answers the incoming call and captures the DID info from the line. It then looks up the extension number of the called party and passes it via DTMF to the PBX. The PBX connects the call directly to the called party’s extension, eliminating the need for a receptionist or auto-attendant menu dialing.
