Multi-Tech Return Policy
(for Retail On-line Purchases through buy.multitech.com)
When returning a product to Multi-Tech Systems, you'll need to
request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting
the customer service department. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

The following information will be needed to authorize your return:
- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Item Serial Number(s)
- Nature of the Problem
Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with the
packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
In general, Multi-Tech Systems accepts returns on merchandise within 30
days. However, Multi-Tech reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days
from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued
toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned
items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Multi-Tech Systems on
returned items, and Multi-Tech Systems will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or
exchange item(s) being sent.
Returns within 30 days from invoice can be for exchange, replacement,
refund or credit.
