Patricia Sharma became President and Chief Executive Officer of Multi-Tech Systems in August 2007. Prior to assuming the position of President and CEO, she worked closely with her husband, Multi-Tech Systems founder Raghu N. Sharma, in developing a proactive succession plan to move from Executive Vice President into her current role. Pat joined Multi-Tech Systems as Director and Treasurer in 2005. Her 20-plus years as a portfolio manager and private investor have proven invaluable in assessing and leveraging Multi-Tech's strengths, effectively allocating resources and adapting to meet the needs of the market. As President and CEO, Pat has assembled her Executive Team of senior level
employees and initiated a strategic planning and continuous improvement process.
The company's new strategy, coupled with her detailed vision and commitment to
superior, consistent results, are placing the company on the fast track for
