Partnership Account Manager

We are seeking a Partnership Account Manager to join our growing Strategic Marketing department. The Partnership Account Manager will work with our PBX manufacturer partners to update them on latest product releases, and will also work with our wireless carrier and MVNO partners to maximize business opportunities and look for additional ways to partner with them to further marketing opportunities. In addition, the Partnership Account Manager will create internal training and webinars, and will develop training materials about products and solutions.

The following skills are needed to be successful in this position:

  • Prior experience in sales environment
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from manufacturing partners
  • Business writing experience using original or innovative techniques or styles
  • Ability to make effective presentations to management
  • Experience in group and web based training environments
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer helps ensure our customers are receiving the best product and configuration information for their specific application. Ideally, candidates will have worked in a telephony, internet, remote access or device networking environment. In addition to providing Sales support, the Sales Engineer will also develop technical training materials, and will perform technical training at trade show events, customer visits, and webinars.

Education requirements include B.S. or technical degree or equivalent work experience. The candidate must be open to travel.
